Access to the website is free of charge, apart from the cost of each user’s own internet connection. Some services, such as buying tickets or the customer area, require you to provide certain details.

The customer area does not use a password. To sign in, you enter your email address and receive a one-time sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes.

We work to keep the website running smoothly and its information accurate and up to date. Even so, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
